of the registration
process, as the support
offered is tailored to
meet the needs of each
individual.
Clients are encouraged
clarify their aims and
what they hope to
achieve, or gain from
KCRT’s services and to
clarify what kind of
support they require in
order to achieve them.

people and all members
of staff have NVQ level
4 equivalent and above
qualifications including
Advice & Guidance.
